Expertise
David is a Solicitor Advocate with higher rights of audience and has extensive High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal experience across trials, interlocutory relief, mediations and alternative dispute resolution. With close to 15 years’ experience, Legal 500 describes him as "a dedicated and brilliant litigator who has a laser like focus on the case and a remarkable mastery of the facts". David leads the £3bn opt-out FX Claim UK collective proceedings against Barclays, Citibank, RBS/NatWest, JPMorgan, UBS, MUFG Bank, HSBC and Credit Suisse arising from European Commission foreign exchange manipulation findings. He is also one of the lead partners in the £13.6bn collective proceedings against Google concerning alleged abuse of dominance in advertising technology markets.
