Our lawyers use their expertise to initiate change in the climate crisis.

For example, the firm is supporting sixteen young people from around the world who have filed a legal complaint with the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child ("CRC") against five of the world's largest economies - Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany and Turkey – which stand accused of inaction on the climate crisis. This is the first time that a complaint focusing on climate change and its impact on human rights, particularly children's rights, has been made to the UN CRC.
