The Future of Collective Proceedings in the UK

The Society of Labour Lawyers brings together leading practitioners to discuss the future of collective proceedings in the UK. Hausfeld Senior Partner Anthony Maton will join the panel to explore the current CPO regime for competition claims and whether it should be expanded to consumer claims.

Hausfeld is sponsoring the event, which will see Anthony joined by Andrew Leitch from Hogan Lovells, Class Representative Alex N. from Consumer Voice and consumer protection litigator Hannah Wright Jones from Scott+Scott, with the discussion chaired by the Society of Labour Lawyers’ Kate O’Rourke.
