  • Paralegal - Litigation (Washington, DC)

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree plus: (5) years of Litigation experience.

Hausfeld, seeks a Litigation Paralegal to become an integral part of its busy but congenial Washington D.C. practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in all phases of litigation, including cite-checking and blue-booking, electronically filing briefs, trial, performing research using Westlaw and internet resources, managing document productions, managing the firm’s internal pleadings and correspondence files, deposition preparation, and strong writing skills.

Interested candidates must be a team player, highly organized, self-starter and able to multi-task while working under strict deadlines. Must be flexible to handle changing priorities, proactive, resourceful and efficient, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.   • Marketing and Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to be based in either our Berlin or Dusseldorf office. We have an established presence in Germany and are now looking to hire a permanent position.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with preparing business development presentations and marketing materials
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and tracking of marketing plans and budgets
  • Write and coordinate legal directory and awards submissions
  • Maintain and update the website and social media channels
  • Monitor market trends, developments and opportunities
