Associates at Hausfeld take a substantial role in investigating and analyzing potential claims, drafting legal memos, complaints, and briefs, managing all phases of discovery (including taking and defending depositions), preparing for and attending trials, and participating in settlement discussions for complex litigation cases, among other responsibilities. All associates are expected to work in our antitrust litigation practice area, and most have the opportunity to work on matters in our other practice areas as well.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, a self-starter, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities. A strong academic background and excellent writing skills and analytic ability are required, as is the ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Hausfeld is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and guidance to users across our U.S. offices. Based in New York or San Francisco, this role supports firm computers, collaboration systems, mobile devices, and related technologies. Responsibilities include resolving hardware and software issues, preparing and deploying equipment, supporting conference room A/V systems, assisting with new staff technology onboarding, and helping maintain the firm’s inventory of equipment and software. The role also supports firmwide technology initiatives and occasional after-hours maintenance. Technologies supported include iManage, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Intune, Teams, Zoom, iOS, LAN/WLAN, and standard office hardware. The Discovery Project Attorney position is part-time, up to 19 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on case volume and deadlines. This position is fully remote and is not eligible for firm-sponsored benefits.

Hausfeld’s Competition Law Fellowship is a one‑year, full‑time position for exceptional 3L law students upon graduation and recent graduates (0–3 years out of law school) who are committed to plaintiff‑side antitrust and competition litigation. Fellows work as fully integrated members of our case teams and gain hands‑on experience while being closely mentored by leading practitioners.

Among his notable work, he successfully represented the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Ukraine and the Russian Federation on issues of slave and forced labor for both Jewish and non-Jewish victims of Nazi persecution. He has represented individuals and NGOs in litigation alleging liability for aiding and abetting the South African system of apartheid.
