Julia is an Associate with strong experience in collective actions and competition law.

Expertise

Previously at Leigh Day in London, she supported the commencement of a collective action on behalf of a large number of businesses against UK energy suppliers.

She advised on commercial, corporate and insolvency disputes at the largest Australian firm HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, where she qualified as a Solicitor. Julia worked primarily on Supreme Court matters, but also has experience in the Appellate, Federal, District and Magistrate courts in multiple state jurisdictions.

Clients

Julia has worked with private individuals, government agencies and medium to large sized businesses in a variety of industries including corporate, mining and construction. She also worked closely with CFOs, company directors and in house counsel.
