PAW 2024: what do ESG, ethics (anti-corruption) and AI reserve to arbitration in the future?

Hausfeld Partner and Head of Commercial Disputes, John McElroy, will join an expert panel to discuss ‘What do ESG, ethics (anti-corruption) and AI reserve to arbitration in the future?’ on Thursday 21 March as part of the Paris Arbitration Week offering.

Together with Julie Spinelli from Le 16 Law, Ben Love from Boies Schiller Flexner and Maximin de Fontmichel from Fontmichel Arbitration Resolution, John will unpack the critical role of ethics in shaping arbitration proceedings and enforcement of arbitral awards, including anti-corruption and anti-money laundering policies.
