IBA Annual Litigation Forum: latest legal issues in transnational litigation
It is essential for commercial dispute resolution lawyers, in the increasingly complex and interconnected world, to be able to navigate the cross-border, transnational litigation landscape.
The IBA gathers in Amsterdam from 17 April to 19 April for its Annual Litigation Forum. Attendees will network with leading jurists, corporate counsel, other corporate officers responsible for the management of litigation, managing partners and anyone managing and resolving complex litigation.
The conference will discuss:
- Cross border enforcement, judgements against foreign states
- Off-site sessions at the Netherlands Commercial Court
- Current trends in class actions
