IBA Annual Litigation Forum in Amsterdam
On Thursday 18 April, Hausfeld Partner, Wessen Jazrawi, will chair an expert panel that will discuss competition cases in the EU courts at the IBA Annual Litigation Forum in Amsterdam which runs from 17 to 19 April.
In addition, there will be an additional four workshops on the current trends in class actions which will also take place at the Netherlands Commercial Court that afternoon, covering the following topics:
- case management and best practices, moderated by Frans Overkleeft
- class settlements, moderated by Maria José Azar-Baud
- the Directive (EU) 2020/1828 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers, moderated by Tobias Lühmann
- third party funding, moderated by Robert Johnston
