LF Dealmakers: European edition
On 18 and 19 April, the LF Dealmakers forum is set to bring together top executives and thought leaders in litigation finance, alongside in-house and outside counsel.
On 19 April, Hausfeld Partner, Andrew Bullion, will speak on ‘leveraging funding to stay competitive’ alongside an expert panel.
They will discuss:
- How to select your funders and get the best deal
- Choosing the right funder for the right case
- Structuring a deal for a portfolio of cases
- Ethical issues and conflicts of interest
Andrew will be joined by Emma Carr from Gowling WLG, Nicola Gare from HWF and Robert Marven KC from 4 New Square Chambers the panel will be moderate by Ted Farrell, the founder of Litigation Funding Advisers.
