Attorneys at Hausfeld are responsible for all aspects of litigation, including investigating and analyzing potential claims, drafting legal memos, complaints, and briefs, managing all phases of discovery (including taking and defending depositions), preparing for and attending trials, and participating in settlement discussions for complex litigation cases, among other responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, a self-starter, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities. Complex litigation experience and/or significant eDiscovery experience is required, as is the ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Associates work a hybrid schedule and are encouraged to work in the office two days per week. Associates also have the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to four weeks per year. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000 annually.

Hausfeld, seeks a Litigation Paralegal to become an integral part of its busy but congenial practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in all phases of litigation, including cite-checking and blue-booking, electronically filing briefs, trial, performing research using Westlaw and internet resources, managing document productions, managing the firm’s internal pleadings and correspondence files, deposition preparation, and strong writing skills.
