Expertise
Ellen’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has extensive experience acting for claimants and defendants in complex multi-jurisdictional matters, including disputes involving breach of contract, post-sale M&A disputes, intellectual property infringements and employment disputes. Ellen has also developed expertise representing claimants in group claims, primarily in securities litigation on behalf of classes of investors. She has represented clients in both High Court litigation and international arbitration proceedings, often working collaboratively with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Ellen trained at White & Case LLP in their London and New York offices and has spent time in the Hausfeld New York office. Ellen has developed experience in a range of sectors including sport, media, technology as well as in banking, financial restructuring and insolvency.
Clients
Ellen has represented a diverse range of clients across multiple jurisdictions including banks, fashion houses, oil and gas companies as well as high net-worth individuals. In addition, she has represented some clients on a pro-bono basis.
Ellen is an active member of Hausfeld’s Disability Inclusion group and is committed to promoting a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
