LIDW 2026 - Taking Stock: Where are we now with Collective Actions?

During London International Disputes Week, Hausfeld, BRG, Freshfields, HSFK, Milberg and Mishcon de Reya will hold a panel discussion on recent developments, what now and where next in the UK collective actions space.

On 3 June, listen to the discussion on recent developments, including the landmark Kent v Apple judgment, the settlement of Merricks v Mastercard and the judgment in Gutmann v South Western Trains and what comes next in the UK collective actions space.
