TL4 – The fifth Annual Forum of Corporate Disputes 2025
On Tuesday 2nd December, Thought Leaders 4 Disputes will host its Annual Forum of Corporate Disputes bringing together lawyers from top firms including CMS, Mishcon de Reya, Dentons, AlixPartners, Stewarts and Hausfeld to discuss key cases across the core areas of corporate disputes.
Hausfeld Partner and Co-Head of Commercial Disputes, Ned Beale, will join Lorraine Lanceley from Stewarts to evaluate mechanisms for group litigation in corporate disputes.
The session will cover:
- Discussing the best conditions for collective actions in corporate disputes
- Section 90A FSMA claims, CPR 17.1 claims, and other group litigation mechanisms
- Claims management and distribution issues
