Scam communication related to a McAfee claim refund

In September 2026, we have been made aware that a third party has received an email regarding a claim refund in relation to a claim against McAfee which falsely includes our firm’s name and address as being associated with the claim. Hausfeld & Co, nor any of its associated Hausfeld entities in Europe or the US is involved in a claim against McAfee.
