Clients and members of the public may occasionally receive communications that falsely claim to originate from Hausfeld. Such communications may take the form of emails, letters, websites, social-media messages or other correspondence that falsely use the Hausfeld name, branding, or the names of our lawyers or employees.
Scam emails
We have been made aware that a third party has received an email regarding a claim refund in relation to a claim against McAfee which falsely includes our firm’s name and address as being associated with the claim. Hausfeld & Co, nor any of its associated Hausfeld entities in Europe or the US is involved in a claim against McAfee.
