Dr. Martin Jäger
KURZPROFIL
Dr. Martin Jäger is Counsel at Hausfeld in Düsseldorf with a focus on competition litigation, merger control and distribution antitrust law with many years of diverse expertise, in particular in areas related to IP and in cartel damage cases, as well as with a particular focus in advising clients from the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Hausfeld, Martin was Senior Counsel at a leading German law firm in Düsseldorf and previously worked in another law firm in Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf, Brussels and London. Having studied in Heidelberg and Geneva, Martin holds a Ph.D. He is the author of the bi-monthly media antitrust law column for the “Archiv für Presserecht” (AfP).
Martin Jäger is fluent in German, English and has good knowledge of French.
