Airline Economics London 2026

This week, Airline Economics London 2026 will take place across three days, bringing together the aviation finance community to discuss the latest developments across the sector.

Hausfeld Partner and Co-Head of Commercial Dispute Resolution Ned Beale will moderate The Hague CAA Panel, exploring the key drivers behind aviation disputes, how they are evolving and the issues that matter most to those involved in resolving them.

Ned will be joined by Alec Burger from AviLease, Crispin Maunder from SMFL Helicopters, Amna Al Jallaf from Al Jallaf Advocates & Legal Consultants and Michael Greenop from King & Spalding, to compare the advantages and limitations of different dispute resolution mechanisms and consider where The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation fits into the picture.
