Emelyne Peticca

Emelyne focuses on competition disputes.
Expertise
She has played a key role in complex proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, including in the recent trial of Which? v Qualcomm during which she was part of a team representing a class of millions of UK consumers. She has also cultivated wider experience of high-profile commercial and financial disputes, and arbitration, across multiple legal forums in the UK or abroad, including the Commercial Court, the ICC or the LCIA.
Emelyne also boasts expertise in Art & Cultural Property Law, a field in which she was recognised as an ‘associate to watch’ by Chambers and Partners in 2023. She joined Hausfeld in May 2024 from Boies Schiller Flexner (UK) LLP.
Emelyne is a native French speaker and conversational in Italian.
