IBA Annual Litigation Forum
The International Bar Association hosted their three day Annual Litigation Forum around the theme of ‘Disruption in Litigation – New Types of Disputes in a New World Order’ in Berlin from 8 to 10 May.
Hausfeld’s Wolf H Von Bernuth co-chaired the ‘Collective Redress – the European Approach’ session, alongside Clément Dupoirier of Herbert Smith Freehills in the morning of 9th May.
With a wide range of hot topics as set out below, the sessions prompted lively debate.
