European Collective Redress - The 2021 Cambridge Forum

Cambridge Forum Inc. hosted its European Collective Redress Forum on 4 and 5 October. The forum took place in Germany and was by invitation only, thus bringing together some of the most recognised experts in the legal industry who discussed what the purpose of collective redress is and should be; how different models will impact competition between jurisdictions; the challenges around certification and the EC’s Directive on Consumer Collective Redress.
