Times Best Law Firms 2026 commends Hausfeld for Commercial Disputes Resolution
Today, The Times recognised Hausfeld as one of its 2026 ‘Best Law Firms’ — a list which highlights the top 250 legal practices for business, public, and private-client law in England and Wales. We were commended for ‘Commercial Dispute Resolution’ – a testament to the ongoing growth of our commercial litigation practice and the firm overall.
For the fourth time, we were recognised by The Times, among other leading top-tier firms, for our work on a number of high-profile matters over the last year, including the landmark collective case of Dr Kent v Apple.
As a disputes-only firm, Hausfeld claims it has freedom to accept instructions that larger firms may need to decline, since it does not have the corporate or transactional divisions that can create overlapping client relationships and conflicts of interest. It positions itself as a pioneer in climate change litigation, combining environmental law, human rights and commercial law to establish liability.
