TL4 – The UK digital markets competition regulation forum 2024
On 24 September, the Thought Leaders 4 Competition will brought together lawyers from top firms including Linklaters, Slaughter and May and Hausfeld to discuss the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act and implications for SMS firms, Non-SMS Firms, Business Users and Consumers.
Hausfeld Counsel, Glenn Holmwood will join Robert O’Donoghue KC from Brick Court Chambers and Stephen Wisking from Herbert Smith Freehills to assess the potential for private enforcement of the SMS regime.
The session will explore:
