California Lawyers Association’s 2024 Golden State Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Institute
On October 24, Hausfeld Partner Gary I. Smith Jr. will be a panelist at this year’s California Lawyers Association 2024 Golden State Institute. This year’s program, Antitrust Ethics in Action 2.0, will bring together private and public sector attorneys, academics, experts, judges, and law students for a multi-session conference.
Gary will participate on the panel, “Ethics in Action.” The panel will feature experienced antitrust lawyers who will illustrate, through lively debate and discussion, ways to think through ethical and strategic considerations and how to stay on the right side of the ethical line in four different hypothetical scenarios focusing on the role of in-house counsel managing antitrust matters. Gary will join many of our nation’s top antitrust and unfair competition officials, lawyers, and other professionals for this timely legal education opportunity.
