TL4 - The Second Annual Competition Next Gen Summit
Hausfeld Lawyer, Michael Zymler will speak at the second edition of the Thought Leaders 4 Competition event bringing together the rising stars of European Competition Law & Litigation.
Michael together with Andrea Preusse from Gleiss Lutz and Imogen Green from Baker McKenzie will explore the topic of 'Navigating Challenges Between Sustainability and Antitrust Goals'.
The focus session will cover:
- Maintaining Information exchange compliance while pursuing sustainability goals
- Looking at key jurisdictions for sustainability and antitrust guidance
- Is there still a future for competition litigation for environmental breaches, in light of the UK water class action judgment?
This in-person event will take place between 03 and 04 March 2026, at Glaziers Hall, London. Michael will speak on 04 March at 11.55am.
