Jamie is a trainee solicitor with experience in competition, commercial and human rights litigation. He also has experience in claims for large-scale collective redress.

Jamie joined Hausfeld as an intern and is now part of its Trainee Programme. He has gained experience in all stages of the litigation process, including trial, and developed broad knowledge of pre-action and case management considerations, as well as settlement experience for cases at differing stages of proceedings.

Notably, Jamie was part of Hausfeld’s antitrust automotive practice - the strongest in Europe – for two years. He has been pivotal in supporting the competition disputes teams dealing with the award-winning Truck cartel claims and bringing the £480 million opt-out representative action against Qualcomm, and the commercial litigation team representing New Balance’s ground-breaking fast-track claim against Liverpool FC, arising out of a sponsorship agreement related to the provision of playing kit and other licensed products.

Prior to joining Hausfeld, Jamie volunteered at Citizens Advice and undertook work placements at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Mayer Brown, where he obtained an insight into additional practice areas including media law, intellectual property law and construction law.

Jamie has worked with international clients across a range of industries and possesses experience on cases in the English High Court (including the Commercial Court) and Competition Appeal Tribunal. Furthermore, he has supported Hausfeld’s pro bono efforts, and, has assisted with successful appeals before the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal.
