Adrian is a commercial disputes lawyer focusing on corporate and financial disputes.
Adrian joined Hausfeld from PwC Legal where he advised clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including data privacy matters, contractual disputes, misrepresentation claims and tax disputes with HMRC.
He has experience of proceedings subject to group litigation orders, having advised a group of 22 claimants who made mistake-based unjust enrichment claims for repayment of overpaid taxes in their High Court trial and subsequent appeals.
Adrian has also worked in the field of state aid, having advised on several annulment applications filed with the General Court in respect of various European Commission decisions.
Working towards a diverse, equitable and inclusive work force is paramount to Adrian who is an active member of Hausfeld's Social Inclusion group.
