The Sixth Annual UK Competition Litigation Conference
On Thursday 5th December, Hausfeld Partner, Luke Streatfeild will join an expert panel on collective actions at the Sixth Annual Conference hosted by Monckton Chambers, NERA Economic Consulting and Exton Advisors.
In what has become a popular fixture on the competition calendar, this annual event will bring together the “who’s who” of the competition community including leading lawyers, King’s Counsel, top financiers and academics and the agenda covered key decisions, and innovations in the strategy and process of bringing litigation.
Luke will be joined by Tom Clark from Which?, Adam Erusalimsky from Litigation Capital Management and Julian Gregory from Monckton Chambers, and the panel will be chaired by John Astill from Exton Advisors. They will discuss the key developments in the role of class representatives, funding, administration and preparation of collective actions.
