The Fifth Annual UK Competition Litigation Conference
On Thursday 7 December, Hausfeld Partner, Lesley Hannah will join an expert panel on collective actions at the Fifth Annual Conference hosted by Monckton Chambers, NERA Economic Consulting and Omni Bridgeway.
In what has become a popular fixture on the competition calendar, this annual event brings together the “who’s who” of the competition community including leading lawyers, King’s Counsel, top financiers and academics and the agenda will cover key decisions, innovations in the strategy and process of bringing litigation. Lesley will be joined by key speakers from Magic Circle and leading City firms who will discuss the key learnings on strategy from both the claimant and defendant side as the pace of collective actions in the UK continues to quicken.
Lesley will be joined by Sarah Houghton from Mishcon de Reya, Stephen Wisking from Herbert Smith Freehill, Simon Latham from Omni Bridgeway and Andrew Leitch from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, while the panel will be chaired by Paul Harris KC from Monckton Chambers.
