Mlex - Competition Litigation Conference 2023
In its tenth year, the annual Competition Litigation Conference will provide an in depth discussion shaped by key rulings from the Competition Appeal Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
The event features a host of prominent speakers, including keynote speakers Mrs Justice Bacon and Competition Appeal Tribunal Chair Ben Tidswell, tackling the following topics:
• Antitrust litigation — the year in review
• Subsidy control — procedure and case law
• Collective and other representative proceedings
• Brexit impact on litigation in and outside the UK
Hausfeld Partner, Lesley Hannah will join a panel on ‘Collective and other representative proceedings’, alongside Mark Hoskins KC from Brick Court Chambers, Ricky Versteeg from Freshfields and Tom Clark from Which?, moderated by Senior Mlex Correspondent Simon Zekaria.
