French Supreme Court conference - Innovations in competition claims

On 27 March 2023, an exciting conference on innovations in competition claims will take place at the French Supreme Court (Cour de Cassation). The event will focus on the recent report on the attractiveness of French jurisdiction for civil claims, published in June 2022 and supervised by Pr. Muriel Chagny. The afternoon will be opened by Christophe Soulard, the First President of the French Supreme Court and many esteemed French practitioners will join the panels.

Antoine Riquier, Senior Associate in our London office, will be contributing to the discussion of the first panel on procedural innovations in competition claims, including litigation costs and class action mechanisms.

Practical information

The conference will take place in the historic Grand’chambre of the French Supreme Court, from 2 pm to 6 pm.
