Hausfeld scoops two awards at the Lexoloy Index Awards 2024

Lexology Index recognises Hausfeld as Competition Plaintiff Firm of the Year and Alex Petrasincu named Competition Plaintiff Lawyer of the Year.

Each year Lexology Index, formerly known as Who’s Who Legal or WWL, awards top firms and individuals that have performed exceptionally well as part of their research across 35 areas and in over 70 jurisdictions.

In a gala ceremony on 7th November 2024, Hausfeld was presented with the ‘Competition Plaintiffs Law Firm of the Year’ award for the 6th consecutive year, a testimony to the continuous innovative legal thinking and landmark cases we bring on behalf of our clients globally. The award reflects the unique global footprint of Hausfeld which allows us to orchestrate global litigation strategies for our plaintiffs and to take on opponents of any size and in any major jurisdiction.

In addition, German Managing Partner, Alex Petrasincu was recognised as ‘Competition Plaintiff Lawyer of the Year’. Alex was also honoured as a Global Elite Thought Leader, alongside Anthony Maton, Megan E. Jones and Lesley Hannah. Lexology Index Thought Leaders include lawyers who “stand out not only for their tremendous expertise and experience in advising on some of the world’s most significant and cutting-edge legal issues, but also for their ability to innovate, inspire and go above and beyond for their clients.

The award follows on closely from the publication of the Lexology Index Guide on Competition 2024 this Summer which recognised 21 Hausfeld attorneys across Germany, US and the UK. Our lawyers were honoured as Thought Leaders, Global Leaders or National Leaders in the national Competition and/or Competition Plaintiff categories.
