EU Competition Law Summer School 2023
In its 25th year, the annual Summer School provided an in-depth A-Z of EU and UK competition law, and competition economics, offering its attendees a firm understanding of the fundamentals across a wide range of competition law topics.
The 5-day residential Summer School took place in the prestigious Downing College in Cambridge and was led by the top legal experts in this field through a series of intensive lectures, Q&As and practical panel sessions. On Friday 4th August, Hausfeld Partner Lucy Rigby presented ‘Litigation Strategy: Managing Collective Claims Across Jurisdictions’ alongside Martin Seegers, Director, Cartel Damage Claims.
