Edward has extensive experience acting for claimants and defendants in high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes spanning breach of contract, insurance coverage, professional negligence, civil fraud and unfair prejudice.

He has played pivotal roles in landmark litigation before the High Court and has been instrumental in high-profile competition damages claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal against banks and global tech companies, including FX Claim UK, a collective action arising from alleged FX cartel conduct.  He has also advised on international arbitrations under major institutional rules, with a recent highlight including acting for one of the UK’s largest independent healthcare providers in a substantial LCIA arbitration.

A member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association Committee, Edward is also recognised for his thought leadership on artificial intelligence and its implications for legal practice.
