Scam communication related to a claim for damages

In September 2026, we have been made aware of a scam email headed “Your claim for damages has been recognized”, which includes our firm’s name and address at the end. The email has not been sent from a Hausfeld address and does not relate to any claim which Hausfeld is pursuing. It has been sent from a gmx.com email domain. If you receive such an email, please do not respond, open any link or provide any personal data.
