Our ability to offer flexible fee and funding structures allows claimants - whether they are individuals or corporate entities - to bring proceedings with reduced or no financial risk.

FLEXIBLE FEES
As pioneers of offering alternatives to the standard billable-hour engagement, we can apply flexible and risk-sharing engagement structures. This includes contingency fees, conditional fees, fixed fees, value or success-based fees, or a hybrid approach of a partly discounted hourly rate and the remainder contingent on the outcome of the case.
CASE FUNDING
We understand the cost of litigation and how it puts pressure on in-house legal budgets. We offer a range of funding options covering the expense of litigation where permissible. As early adopters of third-party litigation funding, our clients benefit from the strong relationships we have cultivated with reputable litigation funders worldwide. This means our clients can pursue dispute resolution with limited or no cost risk or up-front financial burden.
The Financial Times recognized our ability to share in the risks and outcomes of litigation with our clients as the 'Most Innovative Law Firm in Dispute Resolution' in 2013 and 2018. In December 2019, they identified Hausfeld as 'One of the Top 25 Innovative Law Firms' in North America – the only claimant focused firm to receive that recognition.
