2019 Class Action Conference

The 3rd International Conference on Dispute Resolution of Consumer Mass Disputes, Collective Redress, Class Action and ADR brought together a group of global leading experts from various universities, academic institutions, law firms, litigation funders, economic experts, and claims organisers. The conference was co-organised with a number of international universities from different jurisdictions and took place at the University of Haifa on 28th and 29th March 2019.

Ingrid Gubbay, who heads up our Human Right & Environment team shared the platform with Prof. Linda Mullenix and Nicholas Diamand, Partner Lieff Cabraser, at 10.00 am on the second day to discuss Human Rights class actions.
