Unpacking the Rise in Plastics Litigation

On June 3, Tim Kelly, an Associate in Hausfeld's Philadelphia office, will participate in Everlaw's webinar, "Unpacking the Rise in Plastics Litigation." 

The discussion (which will be available for CLE credit) will examine the rapid growth of plastics-related litigation, focusing on how advocates are leveraging false advertising and public nuisance laws to challenge misleading claims around the environmental and health impacts of plastic products.
