Adel focuses his practice on complex antitrust litigation. Prior to joining Hausfeld, Adel worked on a large-scale pharmaceutical trademark infringement case and was a judicial fellow to the Honorable Marlene F. Lachman of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

While in law school and after graduation, Adel has demonstrated a commitment to pro bono work by participating in different projects/events, some of those include:

  • Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity (PLSE). PLSE provides free legal advice and representation to low-income Philadelphians whose criminal records are holding them back from achieving their social and career potentials.

  • Life Planning for Philadelphia Seniors, where Adel assisted low-income Philadelphia seniors in preparing documents such as wills and powers of attorney.

Adel has represented individual consumers, small and large businesses, and institutional investors in antitrust matters.
