• In re Foreign Exchange Benchmarks Rates Antitrust Litigation  – A class action lawsuit alleging collusion among international banks to artificially fix the prices of foreign exchange instruments. 
• In re LIBOR-Based Financial Instruments Antitrust Litigation – A class action lawsuit alleging a global conspiracy by some of the world's largest banks to manipulate the London Inter Bank Offered Rate (referred to as LIBOR). 
• In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation – Hausfeld represents end-payer plaintiffs against some of the largest generic pharmaceutical companies in the world for their alleged industry-wide coordination to inflate prices, divvy up the markets, and block competition. 

Environmental & Product Liability
