LIDW 2026 - Hot topics in aviation disputes

During London International Disputes week, Norton Rose Fulbright, XXIV Old Buildings and Hausfeld will host a panel discussion on current hot topics in aviation disputes.

Join us on Wednesday, June 3 for a thought-provoking session exploring the latest global developments impacting aviation law. The discussion will be moderated by Steven Thompson KC from XXIV Old Buildings.

Steven will be joined by Erin Hitchens from XXIV Old Building, Patrick Farrell from Norton Rose Fulbright and Ned Beale from Hausfeld with special in-house guest, David Bartlett from Aerial Aero and former General Counsel of PK AirFinance.

The session will cover key aviation decisions in the last 12 months and scans the horizon for 2026, including the Russian aviation insurance claims, Vietjet’s JOLCO litigation and the impact of sanctions, supply chain failures and other geopolitical disruption on aviation disputes and how London is equipped to help the sector resolve them.
