Competition Litigation Cases: past, present, future
On 22 September 2026, the Competition Law Association will host a panel discussion covering recent CPO certification and class developments, Chapter I and Chapter II developments cases, CMA interventions in the CAT, settlement developments, and the DBT consultation on the class actions regime.

The event will take place on 22 September, at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, London. Registration will be open from 6:00pm and the talk will begin promptly at 6:15pm. The session will conclude around 7:15pm and will be followed by drinks and canapés.
