• Trucks – representing thousands of European truck purchasers harmed by the Trucks cartel in more than 25 proceedings in the Netherlands.
• State aid – case regarding alleged state aid granted to a professional soccer club.

Jantina represented:

• a large group of aggrieved investors against the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
• a government institution in a dispute with their accountants.

Jantina holds a PhD in medical product liability.

Jantina worked on an association ('stichting') defending 60,000 women affected by the defective Biocell breast implants manufactured by Allergan (AbbVie). 

Jantina represented:

• a large group of aggrieved investors against the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

Jantina represented over 125 patients in claiming compensation from health insurers for spinal surgery with the innovative PTED-technique.

Jantina has expertise in advising and litigating in matters concerning mass torts, in particular mass claims and collective actions in the fields of competition law, financial services and product liability.
