CIArb event - Arbitration & Mediation in Aviation
The aviation industry is said to underutilise arbitration and mediation, but given the different sectors involved, is that really the case? On Wednesday 26th February, Hausfeld Partner, Ned Beale will join an expert panel for an in-depth discussion on how arbitration and mediation are used in aviation and the potential for their wider adoption.
Hosted by CIArb, the event will bring together legal experts who will share their insights, examine various industry segments, and explore the role of institutions in promoting ADR.
Ned will be joined by Elizabeth Hichens from British Airways, Pedro Arcoverde from Airbus, Rosalind Phelps KC from Fountain Court, Richard Mumford from Clyde & Co, Simon Dean McCarroll from HKA, and the panel will be chaired by Glenda Vencatachellum from the CIArb London Branch Committee.
