Jeremy Collins
OVERVIEW
Jeremy is a Senior Associate in Hausfeld’s Competition Disputes team, with a career spent helping clients achieve their objectives in complex tort litigation and regulatory disputes.
ExpertiseÂ
Jeremy is currently acting as part of the teams representing claimants in the follow-on damages claims before the CAT arising out of the European truck cartel. Jeremy brings to his competition work a background in heavyweight litigation in the Commercial Court, Chancery Division and appellate courts, ranging from cross-border disputes and major group litigation to emergency injunctions restraining data breaches. He also has extensive experience of monitoring US litigation on behalf of UK clients. In the public and regulatory sphere, Jeremy has acted as the lead lawyer on a 12-month public inquiry and has handled most types of regulatory matters, from FCA supervisory inquiries to FRC proceedings.
Prior to joining Hausfeld, Jeremy practised in a Chambers & Partners Band 1-ranked litigation team with another City firm.

Jeremy has advised and acted for an exceptionally broad range of clients, from claimant commercial organisations and global professional service firms, to public bodies and individuals facing regulatory investigations. He has spent his career in environments where technical excellence and strategic acumen are taken as a given and he does not allow stale thinking to get in the way of achieving the best outcome for the client.
