TL4 - The fourth Annual UK Class Actions Forum
On the 15th of October, the Thoughts Leaders 4 Disputes will bring together experienced practitioners to navigate the evolving UK collective redress landscape.
Hausfeld Partner, Wessen Jazrawi will chair the first day of the forum will be accompanied by Justice Marcus Smith from the Competition Appeal Tribunal, who will deliver a keynote address.
At 10.25am, Wessen will speak on the panel “keeping up with the competition appeals tribunal – key cases and procedural updates”, and will be joined by Bill Batchelor from Skadden, Camelia O’Brien from AlixPartners and Chris Ross from RPC.
The session will explore:
- Key updates in collective proceedings, including Microsoft, Gormsen and others
- Standards of certification in the wake of Merricks v Mastercard
- Procedural and case management development
- A retrospective on cases closed under CAT regime

This in-person event will take place on 15th October at One Whitehall Place / Royal Horseguards. Wessen’s talk will take place from 10.25 am to 11.05 am.
