The thirteenth Junior Competition Conference
On 3 February, the Competition Law Journal will host its annual Junior Competition Conference bringing together junior members of the competition law community.
Hausfeld Associate, Nanret Senok, will join Naomi Reid from Herbert Smith Freehills, Aaron Bell from Oxera and Russell Alexander O'Brien from the Competition and Markets Authority to explore collective actions in the UK.
The session will cover:
- One economic expert for multiple defendants: a shift in competition litigation?
- Legal and economic perspectives on the influence of litigation Funding on the CPO regime
- Legal arbitrage in the CAT: consumer claims as competition collective proceedings
