LIDW - Resolving aviation disputes in times of war and peace

During London International Disputes Week, Norton Rose Fulbright, XXIV Old Buildings and Hausfeld offered a panel discussion exploring the hottest topics in the aviation disputes market, moderated by Steven Thompson KC from XXIV Old Buildings.

The discussion covered, amongst other talking points, disputes and litigation risk management from a commercial perspective; the Hague Court for Arbitration in Aviation; the international insurance claims for aircraft stranded in Russia and will include the in-house perspective from a leading OEM.

Steven was joined by Tristan Chubb from GE Aerospace; Erin Hitchens from XXIV Old Buildings, Patrick Farrell from Norton Rose Fulbright and Ned Beale from Hausfeld for what was a lively and informative discussion which appealed to aviation disputes and transactional lawyers alike.
