LIDW - Banking disputes: A horizon scanning
As part of London International Disputes Week, Hausfeld and Reed Smith host a panel discussion considering recent developments and likely future issues in banking disputes.
The expert panel chaired by Hausfeld Partner, Lucy Pert, will discuss:
- The landmark judgment in Quincecare and the ramifications of the decision
- Regulatory and legislative developments and their impact on the banking sector
- Developments in ESG claims
