London as an international disputes hub for Dubai, UAE and region disputes - Arbitration and the courts: is it still safe to arbitrate in Dubai, and other hot topics

On ‘International Day’, a new initiative as part of London International Disputes Week 2022, Hausfeld, Arbitration Chambers, Clyde & Co, Jones Day and LexisNexis will host a live webinar on Monday 9 May between 11.00-12.00 h.

The panel will focus on key topics from the world of dispute resolution relevant to Dubai, UAE, and region disputes. These include the influence of English law and English Dispute Resolution in the region, the role of local courts and developments in regional arbitral institutions.
